Tile38 is an open-source, in-memory geospatial database and real-time geofencing server that supports a variety of object types including lat/lon points, bounding boxes, geohashes, and GeoJSON. It provides high-performance spatial indexing with operations such as Intersects, Within, and Nearby, and delivers geofence event notifications via webhooks and popular message queues including Kafka, NATS, Redis, and RabbitMQ.
